Founder of Cradled by Grace, passionate birth educator, experienced doula & your own personal nutritionist – I am so happy you’re here.
After 10 wonderful years in the Peak District, the south finally called me home! I’m a wife and proud mum to two busy boys (not forgetting dog mum to Clyde), and we've settled down in the Weald of Kent - an area I’ve always dreamed of living in.
I provide a no fluff evidence-based, woman-centred service to couples, so that whatever stage you book on with me, you will feel safe, well informed & at the very centre of your decision-making. Afterall, nobody wants better for you & your baby than you. I am (you've probably guessed it) mildly (ok profoundly) obsessed with birth & everything that comes for mums before & after. After 2 very different birth experiences I know first-hand that becoming a mum is the most significant physical and psychological change any woman can go through. It’s totally lifechanging, whether you do this once, twice, or more times.
My mission is to provide a platform so that you feel powerful and educated, have the confidence to ask (any!) questions, birth your baby your way and start motherhood in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. How does that birth look, you ask? Home, midwife led unit, hospital theatre? That doesn’t matter. I've supported all of these. What matters is how you felt, were you in control and did you know that everything you needed was already within you to achieve that.
I’ve been you, I see you – and I’m here to walk the whole journey with you.
When I am not working, you will find me hanging out with my boys, having a coffee at The Milk House or visiting my friends down in Broadstairs!
